We want you to be absolutely delighted with your handcrafted art and artisan gifts. Due to the singular nature of our work, our policy balances customer satisfaction with the realities of creating a unique piece by hand.
1. General Return Eligibility (Non-Custom Items)
- Return Window: We accept returns or exchanges for non-custom items within 48 hours of delivery, provided you provide a valid order unpacking video and clear photographs as evidence.
- Item Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in the original packaging.
- Ineligible Items: Sale items, gift cards, and all items marked as Custom Commissions (see Section 4) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
2. A Note on Handcrafted Variation
Please acknowledge that minor imperfections, slight variations in color, texture, shape, or size are inherent qualities of handcrafted art. These variations are not considered defects but are proof that your item is a unique piece and was not mass-produced. Returns will not be approved on the basis of these natural, handmade variations.
3. Damaged or Defective Items (Our Responsibility)
If your product arrives damaged or if you believe it is defective:
- Timeframe: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at paintsnpassion.neha@gmail.com with your order number.
- Required Proof: Please include clear photographs and video evidence (including order unpacking video, which is mandatory) of the damage to the item and the original shipping packaging.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a resolution, which may include shipping a replacement (if possible), providing store credit, or issuing a full refund. We will cover all shipping costs for verified damaged goods.
4. Policy for Custom Commissions (Final Sale)
All custom-commissioned items, including custom home decor, are considered Final Sale.
- We dedicate extensive time and effort in consultation and creation, following the Custom Commission Policy approved in the Terms and Conditions.
- We guarantee the piece will match the specifications and final approval images provided before shipping. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on a change of mind or subjective artistic preference.
5. Return Process & Shipping
- Initiation: To initiate a return, please email us at paintsnpassion.neha@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for all non-damaged returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to your original method of payment.
